I want to put out some word on the workout this Saturday; a fund-raiser Fran for the daughter of an Orange County firefighter. Lyndsey Harhay has been battling AML leukemia (a blood and bone marrow disease) and is having a very difficult time right now. Her father Tom has worked for the OCFA for over 25 years. Our firefighter friends at CF Orange County in San Clemente are having the primary fund raiser this Saturday. You can go there or swing by our shop and get in a short hard WOD for a fantastic cause.
