Hey Coach is coming by! The founder of CrossFit, Greg Glassman, will hold a "CrossFit 101" at our shop on Friday the 23rd of this month. The CrossFit Total
Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep
1K Row, followed by 4 rounds for time of:
10 Pull Ups
15 KB Swings 52#/36#
20 Ball Slams
Choose your poison and perform the movements to the best standard you can. Make sure you some mobility work / stretching when you're done!
