Thrill, to the screaming hard workout. Chill, in the early morning marine layer. Grimace, as you experience the sandy bliss. Join the master director as he leads his orchestra at the surf. Here's the WOD info:
The WOD is a team WOD. It will require a significant amount of strength, stamina, agility and accuracy. You will be throwing things around, you will be dragging things around, and you will be playing a little catch. Oh, and there will be a little bit of running, but not much. Come, test your mettle, as well as some of Crossfit Marina's metal. You won't be disappointed, but you might be a little tired before it is all over with.
FYI: there will be no water work!
You will have massive fun and remember, the water is still really nice if you want to jump in after the WOD.

Today's WOD and results

In teams of two, perform the following:
1) KB toss, 50m, alternating team members for each throw;
2) bring KB back to start;
3) In opposite direction, shuttle toss a med ball 50m;
4) Med ball toss back to start, with ball holder unable to move (i.e. only progress made is by throwing the ball to the other team member, and repeating this until reaching the start line).
