When We Do It

  • CrossFit Marina Organized Workouts:
    Monday-Friday 05:30, 06:00, 06:30, 08:15, and 09:15 (Please come at class time only!!). If you're late please workout at the next class! Monday - Thursday 4:15, 5:15 and 6:15 pm. Friday 4:15 and 5:15 pm Saturday 08:00 and 09:00. We are closed Sundays.

Cost

  • Monthly or Daily -
    On a Drop-In basis: $20.00. Monthly Unlimited visits are: $170.00

Happy day-after-your-Birthday Alissa!!!  We hope you had a great day.  25 years old; ah you kids...

So we went to celebrate the grand opening with the completely LEGIT crew at CF Laguna Beach yesterday and look who we ran into!

For those of you who wondered how Darren is doing after moving down south; he's doing well!  He signed up at the grand opening and we're sure he'll be getting some great WODs in with the fine CF LB folks.

And how can you not have a fun time working out on a perfect day like this?

A fantastic time was had by all.  The folks from CF Newport Beach helped run the Fight Gone Bad and Melissa supervised some additional craziness in the jumper...

It was great to see everyone.  We wish our extended family at CF Laguna Beach the best as they grow like crazy.  Stay tuned for some multi-affiliate WODs at a beach nearby!
