First though, some more stick time. No, not striking each other with expandable batons. Some of that good form work that we know you love so well. You get a warm up in, then some different movements with the PVC, then:
CrossFit DODGEBALL?!?!
For a smoke-fest instead of "points". You will have different colored balls (during the game not after). When you get hit with a certain color you do a corresponding exercise. Let's see who lasts the whole game!
