You've heard it before but here's the classic case, "load the truck". If you don't piece the work out on this one you'll be toast in no time. This can be two hands, overhead, anyhow, as in Power Cleans to Push Jerks; or you can "do the right thing" and go as clean as possible on the form, full Squat Cleans the whole way.
