05:30, 06:00, 06:30, 08:15, and 09:15 (Please come at class time only!!). If you're late please workout at the next class!

08:00 and 09:00. We are closed Sundays.

On a Drop-In basis: $20.00.
Monthly Unlimited visits are: $170.00

Kari- are you kiddin' me, you did great with that 65lbs!! I still think you did the pull ups, from my view it looked like you were smokin' through that workout effortlessly. I was struggling with the 45lbs!! Great job you really push yourself. Thanks for keeping me motivated and on my toes! Yowza!
Well I feel guilty because on the WOD today I miscalculated on the jumping pull ups. I did
