Wow, you're going to like this when you get to it. Some of us will test it out today; just call it "Crash Test Dummy"...
Five rounds for time of:
20 Burpees
10 Handstand push-ups
Run 400 meters
Modifications for the HSPU's are DB Shoulder Presses. The Burpees can be modified to remove the push ups or knee push ups if you have a mat.
Shoot for constant movement, keep that momentum going!

A "Third of Three" day... as in, tomorrow's a rest day! So work it extra hard today. Good form and constant movement. Shoot for a strong time.
It's Elizabeth this morning:
For time-
21-15-9 reps of:
Clean 135 pounds
Ring dips
We'll have your modified weights and dip arrangements.
Be sure and rack that weight well over your collar bones and shoulders, (anterior delts), and try to get deep in that landing position.

Can you say "metabolic blast"?
Five rounds for time of:
Row 500 meters
45 pound Thrusters, 30 reps
One for you speed demons. Five rounds; just, five, rounds... Get em.
Go deeeeeeep. Keep the back straight and the weight over your shoulders (or racked as close to your chest as you can if using a bar). Use your hips to drive that weight up. And try to remember, breathing is not an option!
Modifications: lighten the weight, go less deep on the squats, s-l-o-w d-o-w-n, work on form and NOT intensity until you feel more comfortable.
Have fun!

Bit of a chipper here:
For time:
20 inch Box jump (bench step ups), 50 reps
50 Jumping Pull Ups
15 pound (or lighter!) DB swing, 50 reps
50 sit-ups
25 pound DB Hang power clean, 50 reps
800 meter Run
50 Back extensions (or good-mornings; straight back, straight legs, bend over forward about 30 degrees with a bar. Or, lay face down on a bench with your hips slightly off one end and do straight leg raises)

I was told if I had jumping pull ups in the first vacation WOD I would be shot on sight; so...
For time:
Run 1600 meters
15 pound DB Thruster (30# total), 25 reps
Run 800 meters
15 pound Thruster, 40 reps
Run 400 meters
15 pound Thruster, 50 reps
That should keep me breathing easy for a while longer.
Here a gent is asked to try standing up without a squatting-type movement, or "how to get up off the floor without bending your legs past 90 degrees."
Can't be done...
